Make-up opportunities, when available, are determined by the specific program and are not guaranteed.
Dancers should arrive in appropriate, comfortable clothing that allows them to move safely and allows instructors to observe technique and alignment.
Depending on the class, dancers may be required to wear specific dancewear or footwear.
Dancers should have their hair secured when appropriate and should avoid jewelry or accessories that may interfere with movement or create a safety concern.
Specific attire requirements may vary by program.
Dancers should not attend class if they are contagious, significantly ill, or unable to safely participate.
Parents/guardians should notify Coed Dance of any injury, medical concern, or physical limitation that may affect participation.
For safety reasons, Coed Dance may modify or restrict participation when necessary.
Emergency and medical information is collected through a separate Coed Dance Emergency/Medical Form.
Coed Dance strives to provide a safe and supportive environment for all participants.
Dancers are expected to follow instructor and staff directions and to behave in a way that supports the safety of themselves and others.
Parents/guardians are responsible for timely drop-off and pickup and for communicating any authorized alternate pickup arrangements.
Coed Dance expects dancers to treat instructors, staff, teammates, classmates, and families with respect.
Bullying, harassment, intentionally harmful behavior, inappropriate conduct, or repeated disruption will not be tolerated.
Coed Dance may take appropriate action, including removal from a class or program, when behavior creates a safety or learning concern.
Important program information will be communicated through Coed Dance's designated communication channels.
Parents/guardians are responsible for reviewing communications and responding to time-sensitive requests when necessary.
Coed Dance will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of schedule changes, closures, and other important updates.
Coed Dance may make reasonable changes to schedules, instructors, locations, or program plans when necessary.
Classes or programs may be changed or cancelled due to severe weather, facility closures, emergencies, or other circumstances outside Coed Dance's reasonable control.
No refunds or credits will be provided for cancellations or changes resulting from circumstances outside Coed Dance's reasonable control.
Photography and video permissions are handled through a separate Coed Dance Photo & Video Permission Form.
Parents/guardians will indicate their preferences through that form. Declining photo or video permission will not affect a dancer's ability to participate in Coed Dance programs.
The following policies apply specifically to dancers enrolled in the Coed Dance Competition Team.
Competition Team is a full-season commitment from September through early June.
Competition Team is structured around a consistent roster. Choreography, formations, costumes, competition registrations, staffing, and other team expenses are planned based on each dancer's participation for the full season.
By accepting a position on the Competition Team, families agree to the full-season financial commitment.
Families may choose to withdraw their dancer from participation at any time. However, withdrawal from participation does not end the family's financial commitment to the Competition Team.
If a family chooses to leave the team for personal reasons, monthly tuition will continue to be billed through the end of the competition season.
Exceptions may be considered for serious medical circumstances or other significant, unforeseen circumstances, at the discretion of Coed Dance. Requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Competition Team tuition is $398 per month.

Tuition is based on the dancer's enrollment and full-season commitment, rather than individual attendance.
No tuition reductions, refunds, or credits are provided for missed rehearsals, competitions, vacations, illness, or injury, except when an exception has been approved by Coed Dance.

Dancers are expected to attend all scheduled rehearsals, arrive on time, and be prepared to participate.
Frequent absences may affect a dancer's ability to learn choreography and may affect their participation in competitions.
Make-up rehearsals are not provided for missed Competition Team rehearsals.
Dancers are expected to attend all scheduled competitions.
Competition dates will be shared with families as soon as they are confirmed. Families are responsible for keeping announced competition dates available and ensuring that dancers arrive on time and prepared.
Coed Dance will provide competition-day information, including schedules, arrival times, costumes, hair, makeup, and other preparation requirements, in advance whenever possible.
Dancers are expected to demonstrate positive sportsmanship and represent Coed Dance respectfully at all competitions.
Competition costumes are provided by Coed Dance and are included in Competition Team tuition.
